Facebook Posting-'Only in Emmett': Many Thanks to Pastor Lance Zagaris and Kathy Osborn and the staff at the First Baptist Church. (126 S. Hayes St.) I had a wonderful time trying to capture the beauty of their Stained Glass Windows...... The windows are amazing. And I enjoyed learning some of the history of the church. It was very sad to hear of the 2013 arson and damage done to the church. Pastor Lance Zagaris was very kind in letting the young boy come out of me and let me ring the church bells ? You can hear that in the video below. Let it be noted that I did take artistic license with the picture of the Stained-Glass Window(s) at the front of the church at the floor level and the one on the second level. From the outside it is seen as one window and I tried to do that with the inside. . . My hope is to capture images of the Stained Glass Windows in the other churches in town..... Enjoy ?
